OOTD: The Promenade and The Pier

Promenade: A paved public walk, typically one alone a waterfront at a resort.

My friends and I decided to explore Santa Monica and visit the pier the other day. The weather's been getting really chilly so I thought it would be relatively cold, thus the scarf and blazer. It didn't get cold at all. It stayed pretty warm throughout the day, which was odd because usually by sunset the temperature would have dropped significantly.. But it didn't yesterday. I ended up taking the scarf and blazer off, and just wearing the top and necklace.
