SPOTLIGHT: Tabelina Inc. by Isa

This post is way way overdue but a month, or so, ago, I received this red beanie courtesy of Tabelina Inc.! I've been meaning to post this for a while but school really got in the way, and so I've paused on blogging for a while. I'm trying to make time this holiday to get back on track with my blog and update you guys on some great stuff I've found over the past couple of months - such as this one!

These beanies are super comfortable, comes in a number of different colors and are perfect for the chilly weather. I decided to choose this gorgeous red colour because I thought it would be nice to have a bold color beanie (all I had were black and white before this red one).

A little bit about their logo, straight from Isa herself:

The logo; symbol of the brand; is a dragonfly in the body of a woman, with the heart in the place of the head; symbolizing that women think with their hearts. This meaningful logo is present in each and every design as a reminder and an inspiration to dream, live and fly! 

The more reason to support her brand and get a beanie of your own!

SPOTLIGHT: NOBLE by Bendtner

I wanted to bring this to you guys' attention because of the fact that this is the first unisex jewellery that I ever really liked. NOBLE by Bendtner is a brand developed by Nicklas Bendtner, the Danish soccer player from Arsenal. When I first heard of him, I was feeling a little bit skeptical due to the fact that the brand is firstly for men. However, after looking at the products and the fact that his wife also wears his jewellery, I was definitely much more interested. Not to mention the bracelets look super luxurious and polished, I just had to share with you guys!



Here's a little bit about the brand:

"It has always been my dream to create a jewellery collection for men. And it must - of course - be jewellery that does not look like anything else on the market. The jewellery must have an edge and attitude - be exclusive and unique". " Nicklas Bendtner - 2010.

As with his career in football the famous Danish soccer player from Arsenal - Nicklas Bendtner - has always had very high demands to his own performance. This is also reflected in the expression of his Jewellery designs, where he chose the exotic skin from a Stingray to be the continuous look on bracelets and necklaces instead of the traditional leather. And the various Jewellery styles are all designed in solid Sterling silver 925 with hand-set black diamonds. The whole process with Nicklas as the creative force.

"To my surprise, lots of women have shown a huge interest in our Collections in the past years. As a result I decided to dedicate selected bracelets and necklaces from our Wildlife and Classic Collections to women only. And with this expansion together with our latest new designs I took the opportunity to change our company name to NOBLE by Bendtner”. Nicklas Bendtner, 2013.

Today the various Collections are marketed as a Wildlife Collection and Classic Collection “for Women only” and equivalent “for Men only”. And the original design ideas of producing Jewellery with a certain edge and attitude have not been compromised over time. Neither the uniqueness of each individual Jewellery.

The various Collections consist of bracelets, necklaces and rings.

7 Days 7 Stories: Videofyme

Hi guys!
I'm currently working on this mini collaboration with Videofyme, a video app for your apple devices. I'm going to post 7 different videos on each day of the week starting today. I have my first one up right now which you guys can view both on youtube (click here) or on the app itself, called Videofyme! 

Video-gramming is getting really popular lately with apps like Vine (follow me @tammie900) and Videofyme. I love them just because they are like instagram (quick updates) but it gets a little more personal and intimate just because it shows people glimpses of your everyday life in a creative way. You can add music and edit your videos really easily - I took the videos over a few hours during the day, but editing it took literally 5 minutes. The app is very user friendly.

SPOTLIGHT: FIRMOO Glasses

Glasses: A pair of lenses set in a frame resting on the nose and ears, used to correct or assist defective eyesight or protect the eyes.

One of my favorite looks is the nerd chic. Obviously, this is really common now and whatnot but you can still do your own spins of this look! One of the most important piece for looks like these is the glasses!

Firmoo.com is an online retail shop for glasses, both prescription and fashion, and its where these glasses are from. They are super perfect for pulling off this look and I loveee nerd glasses, so I really adore this particular piece. They have a range of glasses for women and men so there is definitely something for everybody. The website itself is really user friendly, the glasses are categorised by shapes, materials and frames so it is very easy to navigate! I love this particular piece because of the "ombre" thing going on with the frame - how it only frames the top and transparent at the bottom. SPOTLIGHT: CouponChief.Com

Hi guys!

So, today I want to tell you guys about CouponChief.com and how awesome it is. I've bought a few things for myself from the coupons from this site. It's super user-friendly and the coupons (or the ones that I've used) do work. There is also a system where the users can rate whether the codes work which is really great.



So what you do is you look up a website or store that you want to shop from and then CouponChief will display a list of coupons that are contributed by (a) the shops themselves, or (b) other users and shoppers like you! This way there are a number of possible codes/coupons that you guys can use on your own purchases on selected online websites. You then get to rate whether the coupons worked for you or not, and then this adds up to the success rating that is shown next to the codes that are on the page. It also tells you what the code does above each code so you have an easier time trying to look for a coupon that works for you.

I know of a number of coupon websites like these and never really took to it, but I have been using CouponChief a lot because of the user-friendliness and the selection of stores it has! I have tried it myself and from this site, I got this adorable bow top and a pair of white leather sneaker wedges using one of the coupons from CouponChief, and I can't tell you how grateful I am for it.
