Christmas Day

Fitting: be agreeable or acceptable to; "This suits my needs".

Churching in the morning put me in a formal mood all day so I wore something nice and - i guess we could say, presentable, since I was also meeting up the boyfriend's family. My mom bought me these high waisted harems for Christmas which was perfect for church so I wore that to see his family as well.

(Mango cream tee, Zara black harems, Thrift ballet flats)

My feet were really aching from the day in heels before so I decided to go with my ballet flats today, and I thought it was a good match with the outfit as well. Appropriate for the occasion I suppose.

We went over to his house and they ended up having a gift sharing game - I was very surprised to find a present wrapped up with my name written on it! I got this adorable fuschia wallet, bought from Debenhams (the tags were left on it because we were playing a guessing game).

Simple yet adorable. The color is very fitting for me if I must say so myself.

We spent the rest of the day downtown and it actually just felt like any other day. Not sure if that's good or bad, but I had a fun day nonetheless. How did you all spend your christmas?

Looking forward to New Year's,
Tammie.

Le Uggs and Le Krey

Krey-Schottler Hook: a multiple jointed obstetric implement which approximates its two opposing hooks.

Well I didn't end up wearing my cat sweater today (but I will tomorrow), so instead, I just put on something really casual since I really didn't feel like dressing up.

I wear the same pair of earrings on the same ear(lobe?). Don't really know why.

(Cotton Ink Krey Shawl, Mango cream top, Zara shorts and a pair of Uggs)

I resort to my Uggs when I really don't feel like dressing up and having a chill day. It was sort of chilly today as well. The shawl that I'm wearing is actually quite interesting - it's called a Krey Shawl.

It's from an Indonesian brand called Cotton Ink. There are tutorials on the site that shows you how to wear the shawl in a number of different ways. Check it out if you're interested.

Because of these, you can wear the shawl in a number of ways.

These came with a pack of other bracelets but I thought, why not wear the pearls by themselves? So I did.
2 days until winter break,

Well Suited.

Suit: a set of garments (usually including a jacket and trousers or skirt) for outerwear all of the same fabric and color; "they buried him in his best suit".

That's such a boring definition for a suit! Same fabric and color?? That's definitely the kind of things I try to avoid, especially when wearing suits. I like to dress formal, but just not so monotonous and so predictable you know? Add a little personality here and there won't hurt.

Went on a shopping trip with my mother today downtown ('cause I needed some new clothes for the THIMUN conferences coming up in Singapore anyways). My objective was to get me a pair of new shoes and some clothes for the conferences.

I definitely had a successful day!
Check out the new stuff that I bought:

These adorable Aldo black wedges. Love them so, so much. You have no idea how comfortable they are. Also check out that detail - fur on the side. I bought this for around 70 US$. There was this other creme pair which I adore and it was on sale, but I think I'll go back next weekend to get it.

Mango cream-brown sunnies with opaque prints on the side. These were 50 US$ around. I can wear them while shopping in Singapore :)

And last but not least:

A high waist and your average cream top from Mango.

Put them all together and you get...

All works together quite well yeah?

I threw in a Longchamp bag in there because it works. Everyone needs a Longchamp in their life.

Get some Longchamps!,
Tammie
