Christmas Day

Fitting: be agreeable or acceptable to; "This suits my needs".

Churching in the morning put me in a formal mood all day so I wore something nice and - i guess we could say, presentable, since I was also meeting up the boyfriend's family. My mom bought me these high waisted harems for Christmas which was perfect for church so I wore that to see his family as well.

(Mango cream tee, Zara black harems, Thrift ballet flats)

My feet were really aching from the day in heels before so I decided to go with my ballet flats today, and I thought it was a good match with the outfit as well. Appropriate for the occasion I suppose.

We went over to his house and they ended up having a gift sharing game - I was very surprised to find a present wrapped up with my name written on it! I got this adorable fuschia wallet, bought from Debenhams (the tags were left on it because we were playing a guessing game).

Simple yet adorable. The color is very fitting for me if I must say so myself.

We spent the rest of the day downtown and it actually just felt like any other day. Not sure if that's good or bad, but I had a fun day nonetheless. How did you all spend your christmas?

Looking forward to New Year's,
Tammie.

Christmas Eve With The Boyfriend.

Maxi: used of women's clothing having a hemline at the ankle; "wanted a maxi-length coat"; "a maxidress"

So today's Christmas Eve guys! I went out with the boyfriend and his sister, after spending some time with the family :) It was a really fun day and I really can't wait for the actual Christmas tomorrow! I'm sure it will be really exciting because I have a lot planned. I'm sure you guys do too :)

(Yellow Line Stripe Maxi, TopShop Bag, Aldo Wedges, Forever 21 Ring)

The mall of course had amazing Christmas displays - only took the time to photograph this one from Mall Kelapa Gading though.

Some of the family. This represents about 1/100 of all the members (aunts and uncles included) of the family.
I have a big family.
Then I met the boyfriend and his sister to spend Christmas Eve together :)

Yes, that is my bag he's carrying.
We went shopping around and I bought the most adorable ring from forever 21. They had different ones as well - birds, butterflies, bees and the pandas.

AWH.
And the boyfriend gave me a necklace with a "T" pendant with diamonds and silver gold :)

Pretty sparkly things.
How do you guys plan to spend Christmas? Hope everyone's having a good Christmas Eve so far!

MERRY CHRISTMAS,
Tammie.

Them Black Cats.

Undergo: pass through; "The chemical undergoes a sudden change"; "The fluid undergoes shear"; "undergo a strange sensation".

Finally wore the cat sweater today - I matched my friend as she has one in black as well. It was absolutely, butt-numbing cold today and I regretted not putting on another layer. It dropped a straight 5 degrees from yesterday from a storm earlier this morning; 18 C to TWELVE. Coming from a country as tropical as Indonesia, this was like the ice age for me. Next time I should definitely not sacrifice comfortability and well being for style. Another life lesson I should know not to NOT do but I frequently undergo. I did however (or my mom did) throw on a blue scarf on just before I left for school which I don't know if it helped warm me up in any way at all, but I kept on anyways.

(thrift cat sweater, Forever 21 belt, Forever 21 cotton skirt, thrift boots)

Looking sort of chubbs on the face a little. I think its the angle? or the hair?
I actually tucked in the sweater into my belt (or attempted to) because the sweater will
bunch under the tight skirt - the look should work if you're wearing
a figure-hugging anything to pair it with.
I only realized during school that I was wearing red and green and felt real Christmas-y the whole day, for some reason.

CAT SWEATER CLUB? Wore the blue scarf in school.

Such a happy picture of everyone! The guys in our school are a good head taller than us so... haha.

Them cats in black. SO CUTE.
To conclude (I have just used the most generic phrase to conclude something), I'm leaving for Jakarta tomorrow and so be sure to look forward to some interesting posts! Transitting over Hong Kong for 2 hours and Singapore. I'll be sure to do some stylespotting and maybe attempt to take some stalker pictures with my big SLR camera.

HAVE A GOOD HOLIDAY EVERYONE :)
Gotta go upload some Christmas music to my iPod, Tammie.
