Change It Up, Yo.

Change: cause to change; make different; cause a transformation.

I don't know if you guys have been watching the new American Idol auditions but I really liked this one guy who was in the middle of singing Somewhere over the rainbow and said "Change it up" in the middle of it and he was SO GOOD. Anyways, I changed the layout of my blog :) hahahaha and a little copyright note at the bottom! Woohoo!

Chipped nail polish action there.

Stuart Weitzman in Disneyland

Suede: leather with a napped surface.

I got to Disneyland the other day and I wore my new Stuart Weitzman shoes to the park, which was a bad idea. My feet were so sore after 3 or 4 hours but we went back to the hotel around that time anyways. I bought a couple new coats from Zara and this one really matched the shoes. I love the outfit today since I think there's a lot of unity in the color of each pieces of clothing.
(Zara military crop jacket, Zara knit turban, Zara harem pants, Mango top, Stuart Weitzman leopard wedges)

Love the details on the buttons!

Look at the difference between the two. The one in front of the other is way more faded than the one behind. You can guess which one was on display.
The shoes are suede, in case anyone was wondering. I really do prefer suede shoes. It gives it that much more class, I think.

I love the Tory Burch trademark pattern.
In the end it got way too cold for me to just be wearing two layers of clothing, so I added on another coat. This coat is my mom's and its absolutely adorable.

I also finally got that peter pan collar shirt!

Ciao,
Tammie.

Tartan Brooch

Tartan: a cloth having a crisscross design.

Happy new year guys! Sorry I haven't posted in a while, our internet was down.

So MAC has a new line called "A Tartan Tale" for the holidays, and it was having a promotion at their shops for the new line. When I got there, they were giving out these tartan brooches which were adorable. So for new years' I - again- wore a similar outfit to my Christmas outfit.

(Zara white basic tee, Zara harem pants, thrift ballet flats, Topshop bag, MAC Tartan brooch)

It's pretty much shredded tartan fabric made into a brooch.
So for New Year, I got together with some of my relatives (from my mom's side) and we just hung out till midnight when the fireworks came out :)
What did you guys do for New Years?

The "kids" that were there. A few of many of my cousins.

I loved her dress! She owns a little private fashion business in Taiwan.
My cousins went off to university in Canada and so I never see them  that often anymore. It's really exciting when all of them come to visit, especially in the holidays. It's like the old times again you know?

I'm leaving for my trip to Hong Kong tomorrow, so I might not be posting for a few days again. See you guys on the 10th!

Holiday's almost over,
Tammie.

Christmas Day

Fitting: be agreeable or acceptable to; "This suits my needs".

Churching in the morning put me in a formal mood all day so I wore something nice and - i guess we could say, presentable, since I was also meeting up the boyfriend's family. My mom bought me these high waisted harems for Christmas which was perfect for church so I wore that to see his family as well.

(Mango cream tee, Zara black harems, Thrift ballet flats)

My feet were really aching from the day in heels before so I decided to go with my ballet flats today, and I thought it was a good match with the outfit as well. Appropriate for the occasion I suppose.

We went over to his house and they ended up having a gift sharing game - I was very surprised to find a present wrapped up with my name written on it! I got this adorable fuschia wallet, bought from Debenhams (the tags were left on it because we were playing a guessing game).

Simple yet adorable. The color is very fitting for me if I must say so myself.

We spent the rest of the day downtown and it actually just felt like any other day. Not sure if that's good or bad, but I had a fun day nonetheless. How did you all spend your christmas?

Looking forward to New Year's,
Tammie.

Sunrise Sunset

Advice: a proposal for an appropriate course of action.

This is the outfit that I will wear tomorrow to travel to Singapore in. Except I can't decide over the two bags. I love the messenger bag and I want to bring it to singapore so I might as well hand carry it, but the fringe bag fits the outfit better... Any comments? They will be much appreciated thanks :)

The outfit by itself:
I am wearing:
1. Zara grey blazer
2. Black tank and brown belt
3. Zara floral Harem Pants
4. Aldo black wedges

The outfit with the messenger bag:

The outfit with the fringe bag:

So which?

Well the dilemma is that I want to bring the messenger bag to Singapore, and i only want to bring 1 bag, but the fringe bag looks much better with the outfit, and is much more spacious so... Comments?
